Return and Exchange Service Description

In order to ensure that your shopping journey is smoother and more satisfactory, we have specially launched a 14-day no-reason return and exchange service, so that you can shop without worries and enjoy the charm of fashion.


Return and Exchange Policy:


No-reason return and exchange period: Within 14 days from the date you sign for the goods, if you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you can apply for return and exchange from us without reason.

Product status requirements: The returned goods must be kept in the original packaging, unused or washed, and the tags, accessories, etc. are complete and intact. Please ensure that the goods are in a state that can be sold again.

Return and Exchange Process:


Log in to your account and find the goods that need to be returned or exchanged on the order management page

Select the reason for return and exchange and fill in the relevant information to submit the application.

Our customer service team will review your application within 24 hours and notify you of the review results and subsequent steps by email or SMS.

Return the goods to the designated address as prompted, and keep the return logistics order number for inquiry.

After we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are correct, we will process the refund or exchange procedures for you as soon as possible.


4. Refund processing: If you choose to return the goods, we will refund according to the actual payment amount, and the refund will usually be returned to your payment account within 3-7 working days after confirming receipt.


5. Exchange service: If you need to change to other styles or sizes, please indicate when applying. We will try our best to meet your exchange needs, and the logistics costs incurred by the exchange will be borne by us (returns and exchanges caused by product quality problems).

Before applying for a return or exchange, please read carefully and confirm whether the product meets the return and exchange conditions.

In order to protect your rights and interests, it is recommended to use a traceable logistics method when returning the goods, and keep relevant vouchers.

Customized products, special promotional products (unless there are quality problems) and damage caused by personal reasons are not covered by this return and exchange policy.
